We have been doing speed writing to improve how fast we write. This is mine.

19/6/15        When is it OK to lie

Lots of people lie to get out of trouble but some lie just to help their friends or save themselves. There is lots of different reasons to lie and these are just a few.

I think It is ok to lie when you have done nothing to get into jail but someone said you had done an crime. You could tell the jail guards that you work there and you are not the person they are looking for to get into jail. They would have to let you through because you would threaten to tell their boss on them.

You could also lie if your friend has been getting in trouble about something you and your friend did wrong and you are not getting in trouble for. You could tell them that it was just your fault and they had nothing to do with it. Then they would not get in as deep trouble and they would think you are a amazing friend.

But I do not recommend to lie even for these reasons.
