Georges book shelf adventure

When had a reliever called Mr Spanhake. During this time we wrote a story. It was about his sharpener which was shaped as a corn cob. We had to make him go on an adventure. Mine was called George and the bookshelf adventure:

George and the bookshelf adventure
“Thump!” George fell to the hard wooden floor with an  an big bang. It was an hot stuffy summer afternoon and George was relaxing under the cool wind of the fan in his classroom. All the students had left hours ago and George was relaxing in the quiet classroom. George was an corn cob sharpener and all the students  in the class loved him dearly. “Ouch” shouted George with pain but of  course no one heard him. George tried to roll over and get up but he just rolled behind the big wooden bookcase. “Ohhhh” groaned George and looked around. There were lots of bits and bobs everywhere including bunches of blunt pencils. “Well “ thought George to himself “ maybe I should sharpen the big mountain of pencils while for someone or something to rescue me”. So George set to work sharpening all the pencils until they were as sharp as needles. “George, George where have you got to asked an worried  Mr Spangle .( Mr Spanhake was George's owner and the class teacher). “ Im here” shouted George but as he was behind the bookshelf his voice came out all muffled. George sat there and started crying “ no one is ever going to find me here” he wept. Then suddenly a mans face appeared from around the corner of the bookshelf. “There you are george, how did you get there you silly corn cob? He asked. “Doesn't matter what matters is that you are safe and sound. George sighed with happiness. He loved being back in his owners hands. It was a fun adventure but it was good to be back sharpening pencils.
THE END!
